Student Safety System
Student Safety System is developed for the safety of school students at school & in school buses . It has proven to be an extremely effective tool to locate every single student in a school environment. Using a combination of technology & best practices, school authorities can locate students during school
hours.
In the case of a school bus student, this mechanism starts from
the time he/she is picked up from their home bus stop until the
time they are dropped back home after school. For reference
purposes, their location and time of pickup and drop-off is
captured every single trip.

Safety at 4 Levels
Bus Assistant
Bus Assistant verifies each child visually & by card scan or manual touch. Notification sent instantly to parents and updated on the supervisor app.
Parents Notifications
Parents receive instant notification when the child enters/exits the bus & when NOT-AT-STOP. The location of the pickup/drop-off is also captured for reference purposes.
Bus Assistant
1. Visual check by walking to the
back of the bus to do the scan.
2. Safety scan only when all
children in the bus is accounted.
3. Designated card for each bus to
close trip.
Transport Coordinator
The transport coordinator can track all the buses in the fleet & have a count of all the children on the buses. Color changes from green to purple only when the bus is checked and the safety scan has been done.
Key Features
Safety Scan
Bus assistant after drop off, has to do a safety scan on card placed at the back of the bus to ensure no child is left behind in the bus. The trip is closed only after this scan.
Language Interface
Parent App will be with English as default. Arabic or other language options are possible. Messages for the same child account can be notified in different languages to different parents.
iOS and Android Compatible
Parents receive notifications on phones & tablets. Multiple devices can be logged into one account. Single app for parents with children in different schools.
No device installation in bus
In-case of accident or break-down, the bus assistant with the students & scanning device boards another bus & the trip continues with all features continuing to function.
After Extra Curricular Activity (ECA) at school, the bus trips are tracked by the school & parents with all safety features in place.
